We offer flat rate shipping to anywhere in Australia, price dependent on what state you live in. We use Australia post to ship all items. Orders are packed and sent most weeks, but I don't guarantee delivery times. If you are only making a small order, feel free to contact Lisa on info@politepaws.com.au to discuss a reduced postage cost. For some remote locations the shipping cost may exceed the flat rate by more than $5, in which case Lisa will contact you prior to sending to discussion options.

If you have ordered a product and now decided you do not need it, we may provide a refund or exchange at our discretion however we do not guarantee this. And if we do so, you will need to cover the extra postage costs. If a product is faulty or broken on arrival I will ask that the item be sent back to me, and I will send a replacement at our cost.
